The Good Business Forum co-hosted by the Good Business Lab (GBL) and United Nations Foundation (UNF), with the generous support of the Gates Foundation, will convene global leaders, changemakers, and practitioners to explore how the private sector can be an engine of social innovation. By creating workspaces that reflect real worker needs and aspirations—including those of women balancing work and caregiving responsibilities, we can drive measurable business outcomes while strengthening workforce resilience and opportunity.

This panel zooms out from firm-level action to explore what it takes to build resilient, inclusive employment/workforce systems at scale. It brings together cross-sector leaders to examine evidence-driven strategies for expanding access to dignified work, especially for women in frontline and labor-intensive roles. As the nature of work changes rapidly due to sustainability imperatives, technology, AI, and policy shifts, we ask: how can institutions and alliances drive system-level change rather than isolated interventions?
